a quiet private beach estate and only 200 metres from the beach/sea.

It makes an ideal holiday/vacation base for a beach holiday and is close to many interesting attractions in West Sussex, South East, England. The historic market town of Chichester, with its theatre and wealth of shops, is 10 miles, Arundel is 8 miles and the seaside resorts of Bognor Regis and Littlehampton are 3 miles. Day trips to France and the Isle of Wight are available from Portsmouth, a short drive away. The area is good for windsurfing and fishing. Excellent base for South Downs walking.
