This detached self catering holiday house is located on
a quiet private beach estate and only 200 metres from the beach/sea.
This holiday cottage has lots of character and been refurbished to an
excellent standard.
It makes an ideal holiday/vacation base for a beach holiday and is close to many interesting attractions in West Sussex, South East, England. The historic market town of Chichester, with its theatre and wealth of shops, is 10 miles, Arundel is 8 miles and the seaside resorts of Bognor Regis and Littlehampton are 3 miles. Day trips to France and the Isle of Wight are available from Portsmouth, a short drive away. The area is good for windsurfing and fishing. Excellent base for South Downs walking. Shop and pub ΒΌ mile.

The Good Beach Guide is published by the Marine
Conservation Society (MCS) - the UK charity dedicated to the protection of
our seas, shores and wildlife. It is one of the biggest beach guides available
with a description, photo and map for each of 1,200 beaches in the UK and
Ireland.
Beach flags

The flags:
- Red and Yellow flags - Swimmers and bodyboarders between these.
- Black and White flags - surf craft only between these.
- Red flags - DANGER - No one is allowed in the sea.
- Keep an eye out for other signs and notices.
Advice:
- Listen to Lifeguards
- Don't go in the sea on your own.
- Always stay in sight of friends and family on the beach.
- Always watch the surf for 10 minutes before you go in.
- Know what times the tides are.
- Never jump off rocks into the sea.
- Get out of the water when you start to feel cold.
- If you get into trouble, wave your arm above your head to get help.
